Overnight Rentals
Two-night minimum, unless a holiday falls on Friday or Monday, in which case it is a three-night minimum. Six (6) persons maximum. We allow an additional 4 guests and 2 cars during your stay. These guests will need to be registered prior to arrival.
Introductory Rates:
• (M-Th): $800
• (F-Sun): $1000
• Weekly 7-night special: $5,500
A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of reservation.
Hotel Tax (5%) and a $100 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation total. Balance will be added to your card approximately 30 days prior to reservation date.
We do not currently require a security deposit. However, please report any damages immediately. Any damages to the grounds or house will be assessed immediately.
Corporate Events
Non-overnight special events are restricted to corporateevents, business retreats, non-profit events, architectural groups or to thosewith an interest in architecture. No weddings or other party events.
• Special event hours: 4pm to midnight
• Maximum guests: 20.
• Maximum number of cars: 5 (There is overflow parking available at Gully Brook Park.)
Rates:
• $1500 for the first four hours.
• $200 for each additional hour.
• To be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
Security deposit: $500 (due at time of reservation) Will be refunded in 72 hours after the event (provided no damage has occurred).
Other Info
• Parking for overnight stays is limited to 2 cars. Parking for events is limited to 8 cars. Parking along driveway is permitted. No parking is allowed on the lawn.
• Cancellations with more than 30 days notice: you may reschedule your dates without penalty and transfer any amount paid to the rescheduled dates. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice: the deposit and service fee will be forfeited. Any balance due amount paid will be refunded.
• No pets are allowed at any time.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• All rental equipment must be removed from the premises by the agreed upon event end time. Equipment and/or rental supplies left at the time of departure will be removed at the expense of the person/s reserving the house. The house must be left in the condition in which it was found to avoid additional cleaning charges.
• Caterers can access the house at 3:00 pm on the day of the event. All catering and clean-up arrangements are the responsibility of the person/s reserving the house.
